Purpose Built Press publishes structured self-knowledge tools: workbooks, journals, and conversation guides built on clinical research. This policy covers purposebuiltpress.com. Our consumer storefront, nameitfirst.com, carries its own copy of this policy.
When you purchase a title, we collect your name, email address, and shipping address (for physical editions). Stripe processes payment information; we never see or store your card number. When you submit a form on this site (contact, quote, or email signup), we store the details you provide so we can respond.
Your answers inside any workbook, whether on paper or in digital fill, are yours. We do not analyze, share, or sell individual responses. We do not use behavioral advertising networks or third-party data brokers.
We use Google Analytics with consent-mode defaults set to denied and Microsoft Clarity for usage patterns. These tools show us aggregate page usage so we can improve the site; IP anonymization is enabled and Google signals are disabled. If your browser sends a do-not-track or blocks these scripts, the site works exactly the same.
Anything you complete in digital fill is exportable at any time. If you close your account, your data is deleted within 30 days. You may request deletion at any time by emailing hello@purposebuiltpress.com.
We use Stripe (payments), Supabase (database and authentication), Brevo (transactional email), Vercel (hosting), Google Analytics, and Microsoft Clarity. Each has its own privacy policy. We do not sell or share your data with any other third parties.
We aggregate anonymized responses across readers to identify patterns in the work people are doing. These patterns inform our research publications and product development. We never publish or share individual responses, only aggregate findings that cannot be traced back to you.
Accounts are protected by Supabase Auth with industry-standard encryption. Passwords are hashed. All data in transit uses HTTPS, and stored data is encrypted at rest. We do not store payment information; Stripe handles that. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact hello@purposebuiltpress.com immediately.
